Scottish Rite’s Rite Care Valley of Columbia, Inc. recently presented a check for $10,000 to the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation to continue their generous support which benefits speech therapy services for children at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Eugene Field Elementary Fourth grade class, taught by Mrs. Heather McGuire, recently put their learning into action, when learning about volunteering and community service.  The children hosted a lemonade stand to raise funds to donate to the James E. Cary Cancer Center Life.Light.Hope Fund.  The children raised over $131.00, and are pictured donating the funds to Bob Hess, James E. Cary Cancer Center and Wendy Harrington, Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation.
