The Hannibal Cannibal course begins at the Tom and Huck statue in downtown Hannibal, continues south down Main Street to Church Street, then to Route 79 south past Mark Twain Cave. Runners and walkers are required to master the sharp incline at Lover's Leap, nicknamed the Cannibal, for the race.
The entry fee is $20 per person. After June 27, the entry fee increases to $25. Each entrant receives a free t-shirt. The entry fee for the Fun Run is $15 per child, and each child receives a free t-shirt and medal. All of the Hannibal Cannibal registration fees support the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation’s Comfort and Assurance Campaign. All proceeds from the Fun Run benefit the Hannibal Children's Center.
