Join Hannibal Regional Healthcare System for the 15th Annual Hannibal Cannibal and Fun Run on Saturday July 3rd. The 10k/5k run and leisure walk begins at 7 a.m., rain or shine. The Fun Run for children 10 and under will begin at 9:00 a.m. following the Hannibal Cannibal.

The Hannibal Cannibal race route begins at the Tom & Huck statue in downtown Hannibal, continues south down Main Street to Church Street, then to Route 79 south past Mark Twain Cave. Runners and walkers are required to master the sharp incline at Lover's Leap, nicknamed the Cannibal, for the race.

The entry fee is $20.00 per person through June 27th. After that date, the entry fee is $25.00. The entry fee for the Fun Run is $15.00 per child. All Cannibal entrants will receive a t-shirt and all entrants for the Fun Run will receive a t-shirt and a medal. Registrations are now being taken online at hannibalcannibal.com.

All proceeds from the Hannibal Cannibal this year will go towards the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation's Comfort and Assurance Campaign which will bring added amenities to patients and families such as: wireless internet, family communication systems, artwork and room amenities, waiting room amenities, and family and patient care packages. The proceeds from the Fun Run will go to the Hannibal Children's Center.
